HAI! You've stumbled upon my writing thread, I see. This is where I post stuff that I write.

This also includes all my work on the currently untitled (I REALLY need a name for it) project. I call it Project Elf. Yeah, it's boring. Yeah, it's unoriginal. Yeah, it sounds stupid. Sue me. I originally started this to fight my writers block, so it's fairly random, seeing as I only had a like half page outline, and then most of that went out the window.

Yeah, I'll think of something cooler to go up her eventually.

And for all you people that are wondering what a drabble is, here is the Wikipedia page for it.

Project Elf:

Full Length Stories:

None at the moment.

WARNING: Slightly graphic. Read at your own risk.

[Reveal] Spoiler:
“AHHH!”

Her scream wasn’t human. She was laying on the floor, writhing in extreme pain.

“DON’T KILL ME!”

Her breathing was becoming less regular, her body convulsing in pain.

“Save me.”

The words from her mouth were barely a whisper as she looked up at me, eyes full of pain and horror.

“Please.”

The last word she said before going back into the pain. The ground was covered in her lifeblood. Her eyes were lifeless.

She screamed one last time, and the convulsing stopped. Her breathing was coming in small, irregular bursts now, her body shaking in shock.

Hrmmm... very interesting. Your contrast between the yelling which is obviously very involved and what seems to me the almost detached follow-up description of what was happening is unusual, and very creepy. It feels almost clinical and clean compared to the screams. Haunting. good work!

Project Elf: Backstory Drabble 1 (Prince Afonso)

[Reveal] Spoiler:
“I am sorry! I didn’t mean to kill him. You have no idea…”

“Silence.”

Prince Afonso snapped at the prisoner.

“Take this vermin away from me.”

A guard came from the shadows and picked the dirty prisoner from the floor under the arms. He dragged him across the cobblestone floor.

“No! Please, don’t do this to me!”

Prince Afonso turned his back, blood red cape swinging around his shoulders. The guard returned a few seconds later.

“You will not have to deal with him again.”

“Thank you.” Prince Afonso nodded to the guard, who bowed and returned to his post.
